I have excellent response from Comcast. When I had a problem with interent dropping, they fixed it. It was some bozo who wired himself illeaglly into the system 3 streets over. Maybe some of the problems folks have is an ID10T error. (read I D ten T) If you write it out, then it makes sense. And yes you can use a DSL line I just can’t believe someone asked. DSL is slower (no matter what SBC says) than cable. I know my system and my computer and I know how to access my modem and router via a browser to see the uplink. Most people don’t know what a browser is. It is easier to just blame the service provider.

Bill, I don’t know if you could run your site off DSL. But I don’t get excuses and BS from MTCO. It just works.

I hear these complaints all the time from cable customers. I’ve experienced it at my mom’s house. Why do you all put up with it?

I totally agree Comcast sucks. I’ve been waiting since Sunday for a tech and it is now Saturday. Good thing I managed to fix the problem without them. They cut off commercials and I get pixel break ups in my pictures all the time on the tv. They are less than useless. We really got screwed when they took over. Glad to hear that you are up and running again Billy. I’ve had the same week from hell. Hopefully its all over now.

Good to see you up and running again. Comcast blows. My internet connection blinks out for a few seconds mutiple times a day, often every few minutes. So freakin annoying. I’m not calling “support” because I know it will get no where. Just trying to decide what a good alternative is.
