Site news: Let’s talk, folks
I promise to stop with the about nuts & bolts stuff and start posting about news, politics and the media again real soon (promise), but there is some business that needs to be addressed.
I got kicked off my last host because of the strain it was placing on the shared server i was using. Well, this is still a shared server, but because of the configuration these new guys used, all that stress is shared across multiple servers. I have been told that this site will handle a site like this a bit easier.
All I can say is that since I moved here — we’re in the second day — there have been no outages that I have noticed. Load times seem normal.
If anyone is experiencing any issues with speed, or if you database errors, let me know via the email or contact page.
