I seriously flirted with not going to the Peoria City Council tonight and taking the evening off to relax and recuperate from the trauma of the last week. But I can’t seriously lecture people about how blogging will transition to citizen journalism AND be a slacker at the same time.

So, if you are watching the council meeting on Channel 22 and see me nodding off at the press table, send me an IM.

UPDATE: Obviously, no live blogging tonight. A database issues sprung up that required some telephone tech support, which I couldn’t make sitting at the press table. I went home, made three phone calls and it was up and running.
