Voted for Callahan, but sort-of glad to see Seals in the lead — ANYONE to beat Mark Kirk. His initial election was sleazy, he’s a totally useless rep, and he is the absolute and utter God of political spam. I haven’t lived in his district in 8 years and STILL can’t get off his friggin’ mailing lists. Even immature, vitriolic demands failed. Sometimes I like to line-edit his mailings (I get physical mailings too) to comment on every claim he makes that is either false or absurd, as well as the ones that are counter to my personal politics, and send it back to his office. STILL on the list.

Callahan is in LAST place on Democratic Senator Dick Durbin’s web site. That says it all.
