Site issues: Another laptop disaster (UPDATED)

I swear to God, I didn’t spill anything on it or in it. But the keyboard on my laptop is a wreck. There are about ten keys that spit out the wrong characters. I’m running a virus and malware check on it, just to be sure. But I think there’s a short or some crossed wires or SOMETHING.

Why is this a “site issue?’ Because without the laptop, no more liveblogging.

UPDATE: I fixed it. Turned out I had pressed the Num Lock button. Heh.

This incident no doubt confirms the opinion many of you no doubt hold that I am some sort of idiot. I’ll leave this post up so you all can laugh at me.

Ouch. Should’ve said,”It used to be a problem, but I fixed it with one hand tied behind me back.”

    It’s plausible.

Thank goodness I am not the only idiot in town that pushes the numb lock button by mistake. Glad I have company.

Totally did the same thing on my wireless bluetooth keyboard last week, you’re not the only one.
