Gore knew he wasn’t getting those folks. So why even bother trying to find that message that would do the trick and bring the guntoters over to the left side of the electoral fence?

I hope all the gun organizations… think I’ll end that nasty thought right there.

I’d also be interested in how they assign these grades. The NRA isn’t exactly known for its political objectivity.

Those middle-of-the-road, blue-collar voters who love their guns like they love their mothers were going to vote for McCain anyways, even if they find out he hates God, sleeps with his own mother and likes killing babies.

The headline seems misleading. The link does not explain how the NRA assigns the grades. Reading the voting record, I would say he gets a higher grade than an “F”. Looks like a mixed bag for Biden when it comes to gun law/policy.
