They are masochists… just think, since the LAST World Series the Cubs evere won, the Cardinals, White Sox AND Red Sox have all won at least as many as the Cubs, in TOTAL.
Cub fans, you do it to yourself every year… they ain’t gonna win it all this year or ever. Hey, even if they won every World Series from now until 2013, they still won’t have won as many as the Cardinals have won.
You should know by know that Bartman or something similar will come along to prevent your one moment of joy for this century.
When’s the last time you sat down and had a beer with anyone who was even born when the Cubs last won a World Series?????
