Politics: I’m sure FOXNews would be equally upset if a Dem had been treated unfairly

All this FOXNewsie wanted was some “fair and balanced” reporting. Right?

Yeah, “Babies, Lies and Scandal” isn’t a headline designed to accurately and fairly relay information about the contents. But since when to tabloid-style celebrity-obsessed magazines like Us Weekly gives a rat’s ass about fairness and accuracy. The standard instead is “close enough to avoid lawsuits while selling as many copies as possible.”

As opposed to serious publications, which don’t care about sales and and place a premium on accuracy like … like … um …

I’ll think of one soon. Promise.

But forgive me for thinking FOXNews is a poor choice of defender for fairness and accuracy.

Wasn’t the writer of that article a McCain supporter? I’m almost positive that was the case.

A sad day when FauxNews legitimizes Us Weekly.

Although they did the same when they were salivating over the John Edwards affair scandal. Apparently it’s okay when US Weekly disses the Dems, and it’s a legitimate source then. As was the National Equirer.

But now that they’re giving the Reps equal nasty press, FixedNews tears them up.

What if all the Palin stuff turns out to be true, though, like the Edwards stuff was? Hmmmm, won’t that be juicy for all we celebrity, tabloid obsessed sheep.
