The Lyons character is remaining silent, perhaps symbolizing his belief that it&#8217;s not his role to be a crime-fighter, but to sit back and wait for the police to make arrests, then decide whether they&#8217;ve collected enough evidence to guarantee an easy conviction. This cover would be even more symbolic of Peoria&#8217;s situation if there were a judge sentencing the bad guy to probation. [...]</description>
