		<description>There is no excuse for not getting permission to put signs on private property. I have done it many times for events I have sponsored. There is no excuse for putting signs on public property. Also, a lot of these signs block traffic vision and the posters have no respect for where they put these signs. And the biggest aggravation of all is that if you put up a yard sale or garage sale sign, half of them don&#039;t get taken down after the sale. They stay up for months until the weather destroys them.</description>

		<description>I just called Alma Brown for clarification on this. She said it will apply to ALL signs. Festival, special event, real estate, political, business promo&#039;s, single sites.... everything!
