Politics: My pro-Petelle anti-endorsement
I got an email moments ago asking me if I was going to be making any endorsements. I’ll give the answer I’ve been giving for months.
No.
I have several reasons, but it’s mostly because when I seems to make endorsements recently, that person loses. Besides, if you read my posts, you ought to get a feel for for who you think I’m going to vote for anyway.
So I am not endorsing Laura Petelle for District 150 school board.
But you might want to visit her site to see this post. Then make up your own mind.

C’mon Billy! You know you’re not allowed to make endorsements if you actually sign your name to it!

I’m so going to hear about this…..
Ms. Petelle’s last “statement” about any issues related to the issues facing Disctrict 150 were made via her blog in December?
Really?

Hmmmm….. the PJS publicly announces their endorsements in black and white and you fault them for it (and allege they are biased) because they don’t sign their names (though they give their reasons).
You, don’t publicly disclose your endorsements, and ask us to “read between the lines” to figure it out. Fortunately, you make it easy for us to decipher your bias.
No matter which way the elections turn out, here’s to a better Peoria after the election than before it.
