Apparently, part of the problem in this new one-month delay is that developer Gary Matthews hasn’t completed a handful of documents the city needs to sign. And the arrogant Mr. Matthews has been totally unreachable for comment by the newspaper since November. Which is just the sort of arrogance and disdain for the public one would expect from someone with his hand out to the taxpayers.

Naturally, the city is being completely accommodating to the developer.

This leaves me with just one question: When Gary Matthews decides he needs to take a pee, how does the city council decide which of the Gang of Eleven gets to hold his dick for him? I mean, do they rotate, or do they draw straws on a case by case basis?
