On the first page, ten hits. From such bastions of journalism like Perez Hilton, Hollywood Reporter, US Magazine, Inquisitr.com and Cinemablend. Yeah, the New York Post came up, but consider the source. I guarantee this article did not appear on the front page of the New York Times. And it probably didn’t appear on the front page of the New York Post, either.
Folks, you can point to ANY example of mindless celebrity drivel in the media, and there also will be a several hundred more articles of substance and meaning. But idiots will be pointing to THIS CRAP as a clear cut example of the decline in civil discourse.
And we have millions of amateur citizen journalists out there reporting on stuff in their neighborhoods and cities.
