From Think Progress:
The list of advertisers pulling their spots from Rush Limbaugh’s radio program continues to grow, and today the first advertising agency announced that they would be pulling all of their clients’ ads from the show. PageOne Advertising, LLC based in Youngstown, Ohio announced today that it would no longer place clients’ spots on Limbaugh’s program.
Conservatives will not doubt will my comment section saying this isn’t true, and besides, what about Ed Schultz.
what about ed?
the extent was was different (once VS bascially a week straight of escalating rhetoric)
also, look at how schultz handled it and how rush has/is. suspension, personal apology, public apology etc.
limbaugh figured he was untouchable and all this would go away. the only reason he even acknowledged it was becuase his advitisers (the $) started to get nervous and run. so he put out a statement on line, not even his voice or on the show.
i really have no use for michael moore but he summed it up best
“Rush – As soon as u started losing the big $$ from your hate speech, you caved & obeyed the men who pay u. Who’s the prostitute now, bitch?”

He did apologize on his show for one. For two, it’s idiotic for an ad agency to do something like this to take a stand, unless they’re trying to get liberal political work.
Of course they did it for the money. There are a TON of liberal talk shows they can advertise with now.
*snicker*
I agree that Rush shouldn’t have attacked her personally, but the content of what he said was true. There is a different standard for President Obama and liberals who try to destroy others on the basis of fear that person is reaching a lot of other voters.
I really don’t think it is appropriate to withdraw advertising because of this incident.
