Opting in to ‘opt out’ energy buying plan might be worth considering

I’m sitting her at Starbucks and who should come up and  introduce himself but Charles C. de Casteja.  He’s a managing partner with Good Energy. They are backing a plan that would give Peoria residents the option of buying their energy in advance at a savings to individual home owners of close to $200 a year. He’s very enthusiastic about the “opt-out” buying plan, which comes up for a public vote on March 20. My folks are involved in something very similar out in rural Pottstown. They like it.
